Ken and Denise's passion for cider began in the summer of 2014, while spending three months in Europe. They enjoyed the dry traditional European styles of cider. After returning home, they couldn't find the cider they missed so they started making it. Today the cidery is a hobby that got out of hand.

Gabriel started out as a customer at the taproom and developed an interest in our beverages. He has a unique talent for making people laugh and finding beverages that customers enjoy.

In some cultures, the white crow is a symbol of something different and unique. In Middle America, where hard cider is less common, we hope our beverages provide a unique alternative.
